That being said I'm happy to be on board as a hired gun helping out my pal. I've tried looking up guides on what I should be doing, what weapons, how to level up etc (I'm only at 1280) but it all seems a bit overwhelming. Anyway, I have just signed up for the latest season as crossplay is now available and my main online pal is playing on PS5 (I'm on Xbox). Is it considered good practice to get as many emotes as possible at the start of the match before banking them? I feel I made a mistake by banking 5 right at the start of the match (I was passing the bank so why not?) then I noticed the opposing team hitting us with Blockers(?) and as a result my team were constantly fighting them off.
